Responsibilities

Develop and maintain workforce analytics dashboards (attendance and leave exposure) to inform operational decisions.
Monitor leave utilization trends, identify high‑risk indicators, and recommend corrective measures to HR leadership.
Promote Alcoa’s values and support employee relations activities related to development, D&I, ethics, and compliance.
Coordinate and help deliver employee engagement activities and training/development programs.
Support HR and plant leadership with document preparation, data entry, file organization, mailings, and routine audits.

This role requires strong team collaboration, broad knowledge of business administration, and hands‑on
experience with proven results in several of the following key
What you can bring to the role: Associate's degree in business or human resources required 2–4 years of
experience in an HR support, HR coordinator, or HR operations role preferred Advanced analytical skills.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI Good organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with local leaders and the HR team.
Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment with varying priorities.
Effective communication (written and verbal) with the ability to partner across teams.
