Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain workforce analytics dashboards (attendance and leave exposure) to inform operational decisions.
- Monitor leave utilization trends, identify high‑risk indicators, and recommend corrective measures to HR leadership.
- Promote Alcoa’s values and support employee relations activities related to development, D&I, ethics, and compliance.
- Coordinate and help deliver employee engagement activities and training/development programs.
- Support HR and plant leadership with document preparation, data entry, file organization, mailings, and routine audits.
Requirements
- This role requires strong team collaboration, broad knowledge of business administration, and hands‑on
- experience with proven results in several of the following key
- What you can bring to the role: Associate's degree in business or human resources required 2–4 years of
- experience in an HR support, HR coordinator, or HR operations role preferred Advanced analytical skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI Good organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with local leaders and the HR team.
- Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment with varying priorities.
- Effective communication (written and verbal) with the ability to partner across teams.
