- Licensed Professional with LCSW , LPCC , LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
- Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings
- Experience providing telehealth services

- $70–$85 per session, plus guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations.
- 💰 Base salary of $55,000/year with the opportunity to earn over $115,000 annually through monthly session bonuses ($70 per session beyond 17/week)

- We're seeking compassionate, licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to students ages 11-24 throughout California.
- Flexible & Manageable Caseload: Start with a minimum of just 5 sessions per week — perfect for work-life balance.
- Most of our clinicians choose to provide 10 sessions per week, but you can see as many clients as you'd like.
- At Daybreak, we invest in clinicians who are ready to grow with us. Once you consistently reach 17 completed sessions per week , you'll have the opportunity to transition into our W-2 role, a part-time commitment that comes with the stability and benefits.
