- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with executive leadership to define leadership hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that meet organisational goals
- Talent Sourcing: Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and extensive networks to identify and attract high-calibre leadership and executive talent
- Candidate Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to communicate progress and provide regular updates on recruitment initiatives and candidate pipelines
- Diversity & Inclusion: Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in leadership and executive hiring, ensuring a broad range of perspectives and experiences are considered in the selection process
