- Drive Pre- and Post-Sales Alignment: Design and scale programs that integrate Professional Services and Customer Success activities directly into our sales motions to ensure long-term customer value.

Requirements
- How You'll Make An Impact We are looking for a GTM Strategy & Operations Lead to join our AI & Platform GTM team.
- You will not only design the sales plays that guide our global field, but you will also act as a "Special Forces" resource for our most strategic deals, providing the analytical rigor, financial modeling, and executive-level storytelling required to close complex AI transformations.
- Strategic Deal Support & Advisory: Create high-impact narratives and deliverables for strategic prospects, translating complex AI platform capabilities into clear business outcomes and strategic roadmaps.
- experience in Consulting, GTM strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations within an enterprise SaaS or technology environment Playbook & Content Development:
- Experience translating sales strategies, market insights, and field feedback into structured playbooks, enablement assets, or go-to-market toolkits that sellers can actually use Cross-Functional Partnership: Comfortable working across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to gather input, align stakeholders, and move programs forward Structured Analytical Thinking: Able to synthesize pipeline data, market signals, and field feedback into clear, actionable recommendations Program & Project
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS or high-growth technology environments. Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and PowerBI.
