- Customer Interaction : Build and maintain professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to improve company visibility .
Requirements
- The successful candidate will facilitate product adoption by assisting with robot setup and delivering user training to ensure effective handling of the robotic system .
- Robot System Proficiency : Achieve and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide accurate information on robot system usage .
- experience in the healthcare or medical device industry (Ortho Recon or Arthroplasty field is highly preferred) .
- Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher in any major
- Language Skills : Proficiency in English for communication with global employees (Written & Verbal )
- Technical Aptitude : Demonstrated ability to learn and explain complex robot operations .

- Role Summary / Purpose The Robotic-Focused Sales Specialist is a key member of the Ortho Recon division, responsible for driving sales activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the CORI Surgical System .
- This role is designed for a sales-oriented professional who can deliver technical guidance on robot utilization to healthcare professionals .
- Sales Activity : Execute sales activities for the Arthroplasty portfolio and robotic products within assigned geographic regions .
- Distributor Support : Collaborate with distributors to address field needs and support regional business growth .
- Product Demonstration : Support product demonstrations and help coordinate the medical education process for potential users .
- In-Hospital Robot Support : Ensure efficient robot setup in hospitals and provide technical guidance to help users handle the robot with confidence .
- User Training Assistance : Assist in implementing internal and external robot training programs to help customers reach a consistent learning curve .
- Operational Troubleshooting : Check robot readiness and handle routine technical inquiries and service processes to ensure customer satisfaction . Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience : Minimum 1–3 years of Sales or Marketing
- Travel : Willingness to travel extensively within the specified geographic region .
