Responsibilities
- Drive "Design for Compliance" initiatives from start to finish, collaborating cross-functionally with Hardware and Firmware Engineering teams to integrate regulatory
- Conduct and oversee in-house and third-party compliance testing, validation efforts, and deep-dive analysis of complex regulatory issues.
- Manage relationships and project timelines with external regulatory test labs and agencies to drive global certifications to completion for New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Prepare and maintain test samples for engineering validation and testing.
Requirements

- experience in Product Compliance specifically within the consumer electronics industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of global regulatory standards including FCC, ISED, and EU/CE requirements. Proven
- experience working directly with 3rd party labs and managing OEM/ODM compliance relationships.
- Deep understanding of the hardware product development lifecycle (PDL) and its impact on certification timelines.
- Exceptional ability to prioritize competing business needs and communicate technical
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to establish structure in a fast-paced environment.
