Compliance Engineer

Responsibilities

Drive "Design for Compliance" initiatives from start to finish, collaborating cross-functionally with Hardware and Firmware Engineering teams to integrate regulatory
Conduct and oversee in-house and third-party compliance testing, validation efforts, and deep-dive analysis of complex regulatory issues.
Manage relationships and project timelines with external regulatory test labs and agencies to drive global certifications to completion for New Product Introductions (NPI).
Prepare and maintain test samples for engineering validation and testing.

experience in Product Compliance specifically within the consumer electronics industry.
Strong technical knowledge of global regulatory standards including FCC, ISED, and EU/CE requirements. Proven
experience working directly with 3rd party labs and managing OEM/ODM compliance relationships.
Deep understanding of the hardware product development lifecycle (PDL) and its impact on certification timelines.
Exceptional ability to prioritize competing business needs and communicate technical
A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to establish structure in a fast-paced environment.
