Responsibilities
- Strengthen supplier partnerships, optimize product assortment and pricing, and ensure category plans are successfully executed from sourcing through point of sale.
- Collaborate across regional and local teams to deliver commercial growth while aligning country execution with EMEA category strategy.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and optimize category performance.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive supplier performance against annual targets.
- Monitor category performance using key metrics such as sales, market share, and profitability, and implement actions to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate supplier contract management activities and ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and company requirements.
- Support franchisees through category engagement initiatives and effective communication to drive successful implementation of category strategies.
Requirements
- What We're Looking For Basic
- qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of
- experience in category management, procurement, or commercial roles, preferably within the automotive or a related industry.
- Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing commercial relationships. Fluent in English and the local language. Strong analytical skills with
- experience in pricing strategies, performance analysis, and market research.
