- As our Talent Enablement Partner, you will play a central role in how we attract and hire exceptional people to our Growth organisation across EMEA.
- You will drive recruitment processes across the organisation while also strengthening the systems, practices, and structures that enable consistently high-quality hiring.
- This is a role for someone who enjoys both hands-on recruiting and improving how the company hires.
- You will work closely with leaders and People Enablement Partners to identify exceptional candidates, run recruitment processes, and ensure hiring decisions remain structured, disciplined, and aligned with Legora’s hiring bar.
