Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through cold-calling, cold emailing, attending physical & virtual conferences, social media outreach etc.
- Set ambitious revenue targets, work with cross-functional teams to over-deliver and implement sales and market strategy in line with global directives for Chemical Sales Negotiate long-term contracts with (& act as an advisor to) key accounts Develop proposals & presentations for new business opportunities/deals Manage existing customers, handle key accounts and explore to upsell opportunities Ensure customer satisfaction by being process oriented, with operational efficiency and excellent communication
- Generate new business opportunities for Elchemy’s products & services for the US market focusing on the Personal Care and Flavors and Fragrance Industry.
Requirements
- experience of working in startups as well as multinational companies.
- experience in sales/business development along with extensive industry exposure and a strong network within the Chemical sector.
- Experience of International Sales in the US Market Should have an excellent verbal communication & presentation skills Should have an excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Should have an ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced cross-functional teams.
