- ● Has strong analytical skills to identify opportunities in the rewards journey .
- ● Execute the player reward structure based on criteria established in close collaboration with CRM dep.
- ● Oversee the end to end process of crediting specific rewards to the customer.
- ● Collaborate with the CRM department to align communication activities with customers on personalized offers.
- ● Collaborate with the Customer Support department to manage the process of receiving customer requests and ensuring timely fulfillment of rewards. About Super
