- Gently troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption and supporting your team during unexpected challenges.
- Support and co-create preventive maintenance plans, using CMMS tools to organize and track activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, safety, and reliability.
Requirements
- What We're Looking For A solid foundation in electrical engineering, automation, PLCs, or related fields, with curiosity to keep learning Understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics, and a willingness to grow your skills further A collaborative mindset—you enjoy working with others, sharing knowledge, and supporting your team Confidence to approach challenges thoughtfully, even in dynamic production environments Openness to working in a shift system and being part of a team that supports each
