- What You'll Be Doing Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in the production of aggregates Maintain stockpiles of stone to ensure consistent production of asphalt Maintain housekeeping of plant and facilities Ensure equipment is in good working order Perform routine inspection and preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment if within abilities; escalate issues that are not Routinely assist other members of the crew as needed, including shoveling and cleanup Fuel, oil and grease
