Analyst II, Analytics

Responsibilities

• Design & develop and test use cases using tools like Copilot, Power Apps, and other low-code platforms.
• Conduct testing, user segmentation, and product utilization analysis to inform product decisions.
• Support UAT for new modules and ensure alignment with business requirements.

Requirements

• The Opportunity: Job Summary Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a dynamic and analytical Product Analyst to support the development of AI Agents and low-code solutions within our healthcare technology ecosystem.

• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions using AI/ML models, low-code platforms and connectors.
• Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 3–5 years of
• experience in data analytics, product development, consulting or RPA. 3–5 years of professional
• experience applying AI/ML in a business setting (beyond academic exposure). Hands-on
• experience with low-code platforms and automation tools like Power Automate, UI path etc. Advanced SQL skills and
• experience with relational databases.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization best practices.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Experience in healthcare technology or Revenue Cycle operations is a plus. Preferred Skills
• Experience with inferential statistics, predictive modeling, and hypothesis testing.
• Knowledge of EMR system integrations and healthcare data standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
