Responsibilities
- Design & develop and test use cases using tools like Copilot, Power Apps, and other low-code platforms.
- Conduct testing, user segmentation, and product utilization analysis to inform product decisions.
- Support UAT for new modules and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Requirements
- The Opportunity: Job Summary Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a dynamic and analytical Product Analyst to support the development of AI Agents and low-code solutions within our healthcare technology ecosystem.

- Translate business problems into data-driven solutions using AI/ML models, low-code platforms and connectors.
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 3–5 years of
- experience in data analytics, product development, consulting or RPA. 3–5 years of professional
- experience applying AI/ML in a business setting (beyond academic exposure). Hands-on
- experience with low-code platforms and automation tools like Power Automate, UI path etc. Advanced SQL skills and
- experience with relational databases.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization best practices.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Experience in healthcare technology or Revenue Cycle operations is a plus. Preferred Skills
- Experience with inferential statistics, predictive modeling, and hypothesis testing.
- Knowledge of EMR system integrations and healthcare data standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
