  • Proactively identify, document, and resolve dependencies across teams and initiatives, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and prevent bottlenecks.
  • Execute and drive the Strategy, Vision and Roadmap for data usage and/or transformation at RbA.
  • Manage, and execute the organizational change management approach for RbA retail network.
  • Identify, develop, and prioritize RbA network data enhancement requests.

  • Champion data governance and quality: Ensure data products adhere to data governance standards, support data integrity, and enable actionable insights for decision-makers Drive Agility: Define epics and break down into actionable items, ensure clarity, engagement, and shared understanding of the customer and the work across the team Team Empowerment: Foster psychological safety by encouraging open dialogue, surfacing risks early, and supporting team autonomy in decision-making Agile Mindset: Apply agile
  • Experience 5 years Salesforce or equivalent Technology Business Experience.
  • Education 4-year degree preferred or minimum of 5 years equivalent business
  • Experience Leadership skills are primarily a developmental focus for this role. May have some prior leadership experience in a previous role.
  • Reporting Relationship Reports to Director of Data and Analytic Products Communication and Presentation Skills Excellent ability to create presentations and communicate with senior leadership and retail network.
