Requirements

- requirements into comprehensive test plans, specifications, and coverage - Design and develop test fixtures and hardware, including PCB-level interfaces and basic mechanical structures (how devices are held, connected, and tested) - Develop test software using tools like LabVIEW or Python to automate test execution and data collection - Collaborate with EE, ME, firmware, and systems teams to ensure testability is built into the product design - Lead bring-up, validation, and optimization of manufacturing
- experience in system test, manufacturing test, or related roles - Strong ability to translate
- Experience designing test fixtures, including some combination of electrical (PCB/interface design) and mechanical elements - Proficiency in test automation using Python, LabVIEW, or similar tools - Hands-on
- experience testing hardware in a manufacturing or production environment - Systems mindset—able to think holistically about product functionality and test coverage - Comfortable owning both test architecture and implementation - Good balance between having a sense of urgency and optimizing systems - Comfortable with version control systems, good programming practices to encourage collaboration between internal and external teams - Excellent communication skills to ensure all stakeholders are proactively
- Experience in medical devices or other regulated industries - Familiarity with manufacturing environments and contract manufacturers -
