Responsibilities
- Develop tailored retail media strategies and annual campaign plans that align with partner objectives whilst complementing existing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance, translate data into actionable insights, and demonstrate measurable ROI to partners.
- Support new business development, assisting with sales pitches, client presentations, and strategic materials.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and proactively pitch proposals to drive incremental revenue.
Requirements

- WHAT YOU WILL DO Act as a trusted partner for a portfolio of luxury brand advertisers, managing day-to-day communication and building long-term relationships through a deep understanding of their needs.
- WHO YOU ARE Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 2+ years’
- experience in digital advertising, retail media, or client account management.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong grasp of campaign metrics, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to partner effectively across teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Brings an understanding of the luxury goods and jewelry industry and a passion for digital innovation and media technology.
