Responsibilities
- Lead enablement programs end-to-end, from needs discovery and design through delivery, reinforcement, and iteration Design and deliver training content, certifications, sales toolkits, and resources that support SDRs, AEs, and other sales roles Pilot and scale new learning experiences and formats to expand reach and improve engagement Translate the sales process, buyer journey, and market dynamics into practical, role-relevant learning journeys Align enablement priorities to company goals and revenue
Requirements
- Experience You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3-5+ years’
- experience in an enablement or program management role Advanced skills in using web conferencing and communication tools (e.g.
- Zoom, Slack, SharePoint) Exceptional project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines operating in an agile working environment.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to drive initiatives and outcomes Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Sales Engagement and Conversation Intelligence platforms Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver sales training programs using skills in instructional design, program design & development, and training technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully create sales training and content.
- Ability to understand and explain complex product and tech concepts.
- Ability to communicate and present ideas effectively both orally and in writing. Demonstrated
