- Specifically, You Will - Guide apprentices to successful, timely completion of their programme. - Master group and individualised coaching techniques to enhance apprentice learning. - Adhere to coach quality frameworks to ensure a consistent level of quality for every coaching session and a consistent
- experience where you have used data on a daily basis to make informed business decisions - Strong expertise in data collection, processing, and analysis, with proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
- experience teaching, mentoring or coaching professionals in an academic or commercial environment - Demonstrated mastery of coaching best practices and/or openness to develop in this area - Passion for delivering the best learning opportunities and supporting others on their development journey -
- Experience managing and developing positive stakeholder relationships; as a coach, part of your role will be working closely with both learners and their managers - Belief in the principles of applied learning: supporting learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to generate real business outcomes as quickly as possible
- Successful applicants will be required to undertake at least a Basic check via the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS).
- For roles that will involve a Regulated Activity, successful applicants must also undergo an Enhanced DBS check, including a Children’s Barred List check and a Prohibition Order check.
- Roles involving Regulated Activity may interact with vulnerable groups, therefore are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 meaning applicants are required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands, and final warnings.
