IT Production Support Technician

Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, application, and network issues impacting production, with urgency and precision to minimize downtime.

- Support data-related tasks and production workflows, including basic query troubleshooting (SQL, Splunk; Python is a plus).
QUALIFICATIONS - Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 3+ years of IT
experience supporting manufacturing technology, or a similar role. - Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues. - Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. - Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications -
Experience with manufacturing systems (MES, PLCs, SCADA). -
Experience with industrial label printers (Zebra, ZPL, BarTender, etc.). -
Experience supporting production environments or shop-floor systems.
