Requirements

  • REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience 10+ years of
  • experience in manufacturing quality leadership, ideally within windows, doors, or related building products Proven track record of leading enterprise-level quality initiatives as an individual contributor with strategic influence.
  • Knowledge of SPC, COA, problem-solving and quality management systems.​ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
