Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Support Project Managers with day-to-day project activities, documentation, change orders, and milestone tracking Build and manage installation and technician schedules across multiple projects — assigning resources based on scope, location, and skillset Monitor resource availability and adjust schedules proactively in response to delays, scope changes, or conflicts Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to align technician schedules with material delivery timelines Track
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, scheduling, or operations Construction, technology, or field services a plus Proficiency with scheduling tools (Ex: Asana, Monday.com, etc)
- Experience with ERP or project management platforms NetSuite preferred Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for scheduling, reporting, and tracking Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Clear communicator Able to work effectively with technicians, managers, and clients alike Proactive and adaptable Comfortable identifying bottlenecks and managing shifting priorities across multiple projects This is an in-person role located in Franklin, TN Bravas
