Responsibilities

  • Lead with a field-first approach by visiting prospective customers, attendinglocal events, and building relationships with community and industryinsiders.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from outreach, drop-ins, and discovery to solutionalignment, negotiation, and close.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and accurate sales activity in Salesforce,using data to prioritize outreach and move opportunities forward.

  • Proven ability to manage a territory, prioritize accounts, and consistently execute against sales activity and revenue goals.
  • Strong negotiation, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to balance field activity and pipeline discipline.
  • Familiarity with fitness, wellness, salon, spa, or other service-based businesses is a plus.
  • Experience using tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar sales engagement platforms to manage pipeline and track performance.
