Requirements
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, Mathematics or related field 3+ years of financial analysis experience; real estate, FP&A or asset management
- experience preferred Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate insights clearly to varied audiences Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Must be located in Chicago, IL or New York, NY surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment with 3-days in office, seamlessly transitioning
