Responsibilities

Requirements
- They will partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Executive leadership to transform product experiences beyond traditional UI into intelligent, adaptive, and conversational interfaces. Key Responsibilities 1.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, QA, and Marketing to deliver impactful experiences Partner with AI/ML and engineering teams to translate platform capabilities into scalable, user-centered solutions Ensure seamless alignment across UX, UI, and engineering teams 4.
- experience in Product Design / UX Design , with 5+ years in leadership roles Proven
- experience leading large design teams within product/engineering-driven organizations Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex product experiences Deep expertise in design systems, enterprise applications, and scalable platforms Strong foundation in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and AI/ML teams
