Requirements

  • In this role, you will work one-on-one with a client, supporting skill development, communication, and independence through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • About the Role As an RBT, you will deliver individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Responsibilities - Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision - Accurately collect and record session data - Support the achievement of skill development and behavior-reduction goals - Maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with clients and families - Participate in ongoing training and professional development in ABA and special education
  • Qualifications - Current RBT Certification (required) - Previous
  • experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred) - Familiarity with ABA terminology and
  • experience with data collection (preferred) - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required) -
