Responsibilities

What You’ll Do - Model the Business: Design, manage, and pressure-test complex financial models across the data center investment lifecycle — including lease, acquisitions and development - Own Leadership Reporting: Prepare and deliver materials for senior management and the Board.
- Execute Transactions: Support negotiation of LOIs, PSAs, and lease agreements, and manage diligence and closing processes through to funding.
- Build Market Intelligence: Maintain database of land comps, transaction comps, competitor activity, and powered-land pipeline across target markets — and translate it into investment recommendations.
