Requirements
- You will assist in resolving technical issues by applying scientific problem-solving methodologies while ensuring compliance with QUALITY standards, procedures, and process guidelines What We're Looking For You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- experience in plant quality and technology, including 2–3 years of leadership or management
- experience within a manufacturing environment. You have
- experience working in a unionized environment and are familiar with Continuous Improvement, Zero Loss concepts, Plant Optimization, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Lean manufacturing principles.
- What Will Set You Apart You possess a solid understanding of statistical analysis and its application in manufacturing and quality systems.
- You have a strong background in scheduling, quality, safety, and project management within manufacturing operations.
