Responsibilities
- Build in-person relationships with team members and contribute to Nextdoor’s company culture
Requirements
- This is a highly operational role embedded within fast-moving functions — you will manage team coordination, drive operational workflows, support cross-functional programs, and help the teams leverage AI and automation to work more efficiently.

- Confidential Information Handling: Manage sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
- AI Tool Adoption : Proactively explore and apply AI and emerging technologies to reimagine how administrative and operational work gets done, and help the team build toward a smarter, more scalable way of working
- experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment and/or the ability to perform at an advanced level in the domain
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities across multiple demanding stakeholders •
- Experience supporting senior or executive-level leaders with a high degree of discretion and professionalism Hands-on
- Proficiency in Google Productivity Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets);
- experience with Coda and Workday is a plus
- Curiosity about AI and automation - you’re already using these tools or actively looking for ways to work smarter, and you want to help your team do the same Rewards

- Compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
- The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $87,000 to $139,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role.
- The salary range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location.
- We expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With quarterly vesting, your first vest date will take place within 3 months of your start date.
