- experience in sales or sales development in SaaS tech or a high-growth environment -
- Experience making cold calls to decision makers - A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles, hitting or exceeding quotas - Engaging and compelling customer skills - high cognitive empathy and ability to craft stories tailored to the customer - You LOVE talking to customers; Always interested in digging deeper and learning more about their needs - Fluency in Korean and Business level in English NICE TO HAVES: -
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development for enterprise companies in Korea is preferred - You've got strong technical chops — comfort with speaking about technical implementations. - A builder’s mentality who thrives in collaborative environments; Comfort with ambiguity and solutions-oriented mindset - You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
