Requirements
- experience leading or governing low‑code/no‑code, automation, or digital enablement programs 3+ years'
- experience designing, enforcing, or operating IT governance, compliance frameworks, or operating models in an enterprise environment Demonstrated
- experience managing policy adherence, non‑compliance remediation, and stakeholder conflict resolution in decentralized development models Ability to apply judgment and risk‑based decision making in ambiguous scenarios Comfort challenging business stakeholders constructively when standards are not met
- Experience balancing enablement with control in federated or business‑led technology models Ability to influence without direct management authority while maintaining firm governance boundaries Ability to design and document standards, governance models, and technical guidance Operational familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft CoPilot, ServiceNow App Engine, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and cloud-based platforms Strong verbal, written, listening and presentation communication skills
