Requirements
- Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Minimum of 6 years of progressive accounting
- experience , including exposure to fixed assets or property accounting Strong knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and internal controls Preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Experience with property accounting, financial reporting, capital project accounting, or asset management environments Prior
- experience leading or supervising a team Skills & Competencies Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel), Oracle, and other financial systems #LI-AB1 Why Houston?
