Requirements

Experience with Workday is preferred. An interest in using approved generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to improve productivity and service delivery is highly valued.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience. Typically 2–3 years of
experience in an HR generalist, HR operations, employee services, or HR Business Partner support role.
Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or Thai is an advantage, particularly when supporting employees and stakeholders across Southeast Asia.
Working knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and country-specific HR regulations is required.
Experience supporting HR processes in a regional, multinational, shared-services, or matrixed working environment is preferred.
Experience using an HRMS or HRIS is required; Workday experience is preferred.
