Responsibilities

Implement review cycles of operational and financial KPIs, focusing on continuously improving operating margins.
Ensure timely assembly of internal and external resources to support PI initiatives, including evaluating necessary CapEx for quick wins.
Plan, communicate, and lead optimization visits for RMC operations, involving various teams (Sales, QC, Logistics, Production).
Coordinate communication and PI initiatives with country managers and PI responsible country individuals.
Collaborate with local country managers to promote good practices and identify new opportunities.

YOUR PROFILE Degree in Engineering, or related field, or equivalent
experience with plant engineering, processes, control systems, and staff management Ability to understand the operational, technical, commercial and financial aspects of the business and how they relate to each other.

For our Competence Center Readymix (CCR) Europe, we are looking for a Performance Improvement Manager (f/m/d).
The Performance Improvement (PI) Manager will drive performance improvement across our Readymix (RMC) operations by enhancing financial and non-financial KPIs.
This role involves planning, communicating, and leading optimization initiatives, coordinating with various teams, and promoting continuous improvement across the entire RMC value chain.
This position is located in Heidelberg and reports to the Director Global CCR.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE Drive performance improvement by enhancing operational and financial KPIs at RMC operations.
Assist operations with the implementation and adherence to minimum required operating practices (RMC Operating Model).
Follow up on improvement opportunities and assist local management in achieving goals.
Transfer best practices across the organization and deliver training modules in conjunction with the Heidelberg Materials Knowledge & Training Department.
