Senior Change Management Lead

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies for enterprise transformation programs •
  • Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate effects across business units, roles, and processes •
  • Develop stakeholder engagement plans, including sponsor roadmaps, champion networks, and resistance management strategies •
  • Create and manage integrated communication plans across executive, manager, and frontline audiences •
  • Define and track adoption metrics, including leading and lagging indicators tied to business outcomes •
  • Lead change readiness assessments and implement targeted interventions for at-risk groups •
  • Coach senior leaders and managers on effective change leadership and communication •
  • Coordinate change efforts across IT, HR, operations, and business units •
  • Develop sustainment plans to ensure long-term behavioral change •
  • Produce executive dashboards and reports on adoption progress, risks, and outcomes Required
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable adoption outcomes (e.g., usage rates, proficiency gains, business KPIs)

Requirements
