Responsibilities

Ensure neutrality, clarity, and cultural accuracy while preserving tone and intent.
Handle live calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.

As an Over-the-Phone (OPI) and Video Remote Interpreter (VRI) , you will help bridge language gaps across industries such as healthcare, legal, customer service, and financial services.
What We're Looking For High school diploma (required); college degree preferred.
Fluency in English or any of language below: Mandarin Korean Cantonese Portuguese Arabic Russian Must be B2+ proficiency or higher.
We are NOT accepting beginners/Intermediate proficiency.
Ability to pass a language and interpreting skills assessment.
Desktop or laptop (Windows/Mac) with at least 16GB RAM , no older than 5 years.
Functioning webcam; Windows 10+ / macOS Big Sur (OS 11)+.

What You'll Do Provide accurate, consecutive interpretation between English and Target Language (healthcare, legal, financial, customer support).
Use note-taking, memory retention, and active listening to manage complex conversations.
Participate in ongoing coaching and training to strengthen interpreting skills.
Strong verbal communication, emotional control, and professionalism in fast-paced situations.
