Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair 12-volt DC vehicle wiring, low voltage electronics, and associated hardware, including telematics devices, routers, power timers, and mobile computing equipment.
- Accurately document service activities, including diagnostics performed, repairs completed, parts used, and customer or end user interactions.
- Maintain assigned tools, equipment, and inventory in proper working condition.
- Track, submit, and report expenses in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify recurring technical issues, recommend corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support operational needs. Required

Requirements
- The position requires regular travel to company locations and fleet sites to perform hands on technical work, as well as the ability to provide remote support when needed.
- Configure, deploy, and support mobile devices and applications, including basic user training and troubleshooting.
- Qualifications For Position Associate's Degree in information technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- experience in field service, vehicle electronics, utility technology, or a related technical support role. Demonstrated knowledge of 12-volt DC vehicle wiring and low voltage electronic systems.
- Experience providing onsite and remote technical troubleshooting.
- High Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including working in confined spaces and lifting equipment.
- High Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Medium Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- High Ability to work in a fast paced, service-oriented environment.
- Experience in the utility, energy, telecommunications, or fleet services industry.
