Responsibilities
- Align with global and plant Engineering and Quality teams on the required data tags for new requests.
- Maintain Digital Twins & Templates according to Global Engineering standards.
- Manage the configuration and data maintenance.
- Validate the tags and work with the Data Owner to ensure data accuracy and data quality Ensure proper functioning of the Plant DataHub components and help to resolve issues if there are failures or data will not be sent anymore.
- Implement and do the monitoring of the data flow to ensure the data delivery into PDH is working without any interruption Define what systems are involved in new
- Follow Goodyear's standards, procedures and guidelines to ensure proper integration of machine data in the Plant Datahub.
Requirements
- requirements and work with the PDH Architects and the Data owner to get the data into PDH Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required: The candidate must have 8+ years of experience for this role.
- Experience must be focused on the industrial environment, integrating machines into the IT (IT/OT Integration)
- Understanding PLC/Machine integration, Kepware Have an understanding of Server, Network & Firewall concepts and high level understanding of plant architecture.
- Skilled in working with various integration patterns and technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML and other data formats.
- Know Databases (time series & relational) – Influx DB & PostgreSQL Ideally, have knowledge about DataOps Have knowledge about Unified name Space (UNS) principles Understand Docker and deployment technologies Plus would be knowing Grafana A plus would be having
- experience with LITMUS EDGE or similar platforms Awareness of fundamental Project Management principles Ability to prioritize Team player, self-learning skills, "can do" attitude, problem solving ability, curious mind.
- Professional proficiency in English.
