Responsibilities
- Coordinate test objectives and execute testing across agile development teams.
- Conduct system‑level testing in hardware‑in‑the‑loop, blended virtual/hardware, and virtual test venues.
- Review and enhance SI&T engineering processes for continuous improvement.
- Support occasional second‑shift and weekend work as required.
Requirements

- The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
- Employee will be required to support some 2nd shift and weekend work. Basic
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or STEM discipline
- Experience in lab integration and test
- Experience with system integration and test of Sensor capabilities (RADAR, EW, EO, Fusion) Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Mission Systems Integration Labs or Virtual Test Labs (MSIL and VTL).
- Familiarity with Mission Systems architectures.
- Experience with software test design, software debug, lab integration, and test.
- Experience with Linux Operating Systems.
- Experience with Open System Architecture and Common Systems.
- Experience with developing system requirements, software requirements, or hardware requirements.
- Experience in Mission Systems capabilities within aircraft platform(s).
- Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
