Responsibilities
- Develop and execute programs across email, in-app messaging and webinars to drive acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion. •
- Continuously test and optimize segmentation, message sequencing, prioritization, and automation workflows to improve engagement and performance. •
- Drive new user onboarding initiatives that accelerate value realization. •
- Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless, data-informed customer journeys. •
- Lead customer feedback and NPS programs, translating insights into measurable improvements. •
- Build and scale customer advocacy programs •
- Proven track record of building and scaling lead nurture and customer engagement programs. •
Requirements
- Leverage automation and AI-driven tools to personalize experiences, increase efficiency, and scale lifecycle impact. •
- experience in customer marketing, marketing automation, or CRM marketing. •
- experience with marketing automation and AI tooling. •
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success. •
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS B2B environment.
