Talent Sourcer

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across G+A and Technical roles (Growth, Marketing, Finance, Data, Engineering, Product, Design, etc.)
  • Develop and nurture talent pipelines through research, outreach campaigns, and ongoing candidate engagement
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening conversations to assess alignment and generate interest

Requirements

  • Whether it’s at the airport, stadium, or throughout your everyday life, CLEAR unlocks the magic of frictionless experiences.
  • Experience in sourcing or recruiting within a high-volume agency or in-house environment
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and use of platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse, Metaview •
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages

  • The base salary range for this role is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00, depending on levels of skills and experience.
  • The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position.
  • Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.
  • The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
