- The Commercial Contract Analyst III/Sr. will consult and collaborate to craft, execute and support the ongoing management of structured commercial agreements, including PPAs, of varying complexity.

- Responsibilities/Expectations: Prepares and coordinates the creation, redlining, and execution of sophisticated agreements with an emphasis on negotiating terms that improve value and mitigate contractual exposure Leads communication with internal and external partners to collaborate on contract and document draft/redline/execution Contributes through identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives, with an eye for tools, ideas, and process improvements to increase efficiencies within the group
