Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate production-grade Web3 systems used by real customers and assets at scale.
- Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components (with depth aligned to your strengths).
- Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows involving wallets, transactions, settlements, and orchestration.
- Improve system reliability, security, and performance across distributed and on-chain components.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to engineering best practices, architecture reviews, and technical direction.
- Influence the roadmap, lead large-scale technical initiatives, and amplify impact across teams. Who You Are

- We are seeking a talented and experienced Staff Full Stack Software Engineer (Web3) with a strong background in building modern web applications and scalable backend systems.
- This candidate will work closely with the Engineering and Product teams spread across North America, Europe and India. What You'll Do
- experience as a Full-stack Web3 Engineer with production
- experience across frontend, backend, and on-chain components, comfortable owning systems end-to-end. Hands-on
- experience with Web3 building blocks, such as wallet connectivity/integrations, dApp development, blockchain RPCs and indexing, and/or on-chain/off-chain payment & settlement flows.
- Experience with some combination of:
- Modern frontend frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, React, Redux)
- Backend services and APIs (e.g., C#, Node.js, Go, Java, or similar)
- Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle (signing, submission, execution) and a security-first mindset when designing Web3 systems.
- Solid fundamentals in building scalable, reliable, observable distributed systems (monitoring, logging, tracing, performance).
