experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams
Experience coaching and mentoring employees to improve performance Ability to build team engagement and trust to achieve shared goals Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP or similar systems Strong data analysis skills with a focus on accuracy and consistency Strong planning, organization, and execution skills

As a Production Supervisor you will lead and coordinate a diverse team of operators and team leads to meet daily production and quality targets across multiple veterinary diagnostic product lines .
You will play a key role in driving operational success through direct leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You’ll operate within Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles while supporting regulatory compliance and ensuring efficient, high-quality production.
Your leadership will directly impact the delivery of reliable products to customers worldwide.
