- In this role: You will deliver live phone consultations to veterinary customers regarding laboratory results, diagnostic testing, and treatment options You’ll guide clinicians on proper specimen handling techniques and help identify factors that may impact test accuracy You will advise on available IDEXX reference laboratory tests, including specimen requirements, clinical utility, and interpretation of results You’ll support customers with Point-of-Care diagnostics such as SNAP tests, VetTest, CatalystDX,
