Responsibilities
- Manage intake authorizations Work with hospitals, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers Process incoming faxes and authorizations, including intake, notification off admissions Handle resolution/inquiries from members and/or providers Other duties as assigned You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well
Requirements
- This position is Remote in WA, OR, NV, CA, MT, ID, WY, UT, CO, AZ, or NM. You will have the flexibility to work remotely
- Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent years of
- Experience with computers and Windows Based programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to work a full-time position with a flexible schedule.
- Experience working in an independent physician Administration (IPA) or Health plan
- Experience managing and processing Authorizations Clerical or administrative support background Telecommuting benefits such as, a comprehensive
