Responsibilities
- Create high-quality brand assets across digital and print touchpoints, including: Campaign visuals
- Ensure a consistent and premium brand
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, motion designers, strategists, marketers, and external agencies to create integrated creative work. •
- Drive the evolution of the SD Worx visual identity and brand system in line with our digital-first positioning.
- Maintain and help further develop our Digital Asset Management platform (Frontify). •
- Organize, structure, and optimize brand assets, templates, guidelines, and design components within Frontify. •
- Support local marketing teams in applying the brand correctly and consistently. •
- Develop scalable template systems, reusable design assets, and brand frameworks that enable efficient, consistent execution across European markets. •
- Safeguard brand consistency while enabling flexibility for local activation. Creative Leadership •
- Lead design projects from concept to final delivery with a high level of craft and attention to detail. •
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and local marketing teams. •
Requirements
- experience across all markets and channels. •
- Stay ahead of design, branding, digital, and AI-driven creative trends to continuously elevate the quality of the brand output. Skills & Experience • 5+ years of
- experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual communication, preferably within an in-house agency, creative agency, or international brand environment. •
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, composition, color, and visual storytelling. •
- Experience working with scalable brand systems and design consistency across multiple touchpoints and markets. •
- Experience with Digital Asset Management systems such as Frontify is a strong plus. •
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and modern design tools such as Figma. •
