Responsibilities
- Define and lead the regulated testing portfolio across scientific affairs and service development, ensuring offerings are differentiated, scalable, and aligned to end‑to‑end biopharma and advanced‑therapy workflows.
- Drive portfolio and investment trade‑offs by balancing scientific opportunity with commercial potential, margin, operational scalability, and long‑term strategic fit.
- Build, lead, and develop senior scientific leaders while strengthening organizational capability for future growth.
- Represent IDEXX BioAnalytics as a trusted scientific and strategic partner externally.
Requirements

- About the Role The Head of BioAnalytics Scientific Affairs & R&D is a senior enterprise leader responsible for shaping IDEXX BioAnalytics’ scientific strategy while driving meaningful business outcomes.
- This role requires a credible scientific leader with strong commercial and operational acumen—someone who can bridge science and business, partner as a true peer with R&D, Operations, Commercial, and Finance leaders, and consistently put the customer at the center of decision‑making.
- The role combines strategic portfolio leadership, external customer engagement, and hands‑on organizational leadership to scale differentiated, market‑relevant solutions.
