Responsibilities
- Collaborate with central performance and regional marketing teams to optimise Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Affiliates, and SEO activity, translating global strategies into locally relevant executions that deliver measurable KPI growth within budget.
- Drive a continuous test-and-learn approach across creative, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and landing page performance, using insights to refine and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Lead global campaign and customer performance analysis, working closely with regional teams to conduct more granular market analysis, develop actionable plans, and deliver clear, insight-led reporting and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Support quarterly planning and reporting processes, aligning cross-functional stakeholders on priorities, performance outcomes, and future opportunities.
Requirements
- experience managing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels, with a strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and data-led decision making.
- Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify actionable insights, and translate findings into clear recommendations that drive business growth.
- Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of execution and attention to detail.
- Strong awareness of luxury fashion, culture, and digital marketing trends, with an understanding of the luxury menswear customer and how audience insights inform campaign strategy and communication planning.
- Experience working across global or multi-market campaigns, with an appreciation for cultural nuance and regional differences in audience behaviour.
- A sense of humour and a genuine passion for the MR PORTER customer and brand.
