Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Tech, and other teams to implement transformation projects. Support training and change management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and visualize future-state processes.

Naturally collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Workflow Enhancement & Automation: Streamline and automate processes and explore automation solutions (e.g., ERP enhancements, integration platforms, RPA, or AI-powered tools) to drive scalability and accuracy.
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering or quantitative field
Demonstrated interest in or exposure to business process analysis—you understand how finance workflows connect and where friction lives
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and familiarity with other Microsoft or Google Workspace tools
Familiarity with core financial ecosystems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday) paired with
experience in modern data architecture (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake) Hands-on
experience with, or proven ability to quickly learn modern automation/ETL/BI tools such as Workato, UiPath, Alteryx, Hex, Thoughtspot
Ability to use SQL or Python to extract data, audit workflows, and build insights independently.
An experimental mindset—excited to test and apply emerging tech (like AI and predictive analytics) to manual finance tasks.

2+ years of accounting, finance, or transformation-related experience, ideally within a tech company or multinational shared services hub
