Responsibilities
- Build AI-ready data foundations: Develop and govern the semantic models and contextual business logic required to power both traditional dashboards and emerging AI-driven analytical tools, ensuring high-quality, trusted outputs across all consumption layers.
- Drive operational excellence , ensuring on-time delivery of insights, automation of recurring reporting, and continuous improvement of data models.
Requirements
- With 100,000+ active communities and approximately 126 million daily active unique visitors, Reddit is one of the internet’s largest sources of information.
- This pivotal role requires expertise in BigQuery and SQL to manage ETL workflows and data pipelines , and a proven ability to build and scale dashboards .
- The successful candidate will leverage these technical foundations to drive sales rigor, optimize performance, and propel our overall revenue strategy, while helping build the agentic analytics tooling that allows Reddit’s GTM strategy to move at the speed of the question.
- You’ll need to be fluent in SQL, BigQuery, and developing dashboards.
- Strategic Collaboration with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics that shape Reddit’s revenue strategy.
- Partner with the Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage & enhance the revenue data foundations , including ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and data pipelines in BigQuery.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles 3+ years
- experience with SQL and relational databases 3+ years
- experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar •
- Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; knowledge of BigQuery a plus •
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding and development tools to accelerate analysis and data workflows
